Our goal at Gluth Wright Property Management is to give our Investors, Owners, and Tenants the ultimate property management experience by providing pleasant, professional, and honest service. Our goal is to grow into the one of the largest, locally owned firms and property management firm in Middle Tennessee. We will work hard to maintain our commitment, and strive to exceed expectations every step of the way.

John began his career in 1996 as a case manager with a large, well known insurance company where he worked with National Accounts and handled workers compensation, premises liability, wrongful death, and trucking claims. John entered the real estate arena in 2012 after serving as the Director of Risk Management for 15 years at a private equity owned restaurant chain with responsibility for over 200 locations in 23 states. During his tenure in this role, John was responsible for all Management Liability, Property, and Casualty Insurance purchasing, claims management, and loss control program. John has personally invested in over 33 rental properties and has helped grow the property management firm from 11 properties in 2013 to 243 in 2026. During that timeframe, the firm's revenue has grown by over 300%.
